How to sign up for a free membership

This tutorial will show you how to sign up for a Free Membership to CEFWell services. From a desktop computer using an Internet Browser, do the following:

1. Open a browser on your computer or cellphone
2. Type the URL https://cefwell.com in the browser input screen
3. Click on the link Sign Up.
4. The Sign Up Screen appears.
5. Enter your firstname
6. Enter your lastname
7. Enter your email address
8. Then enter a password for the CEFWell services
9. Enter a cellphone number. A valid cellphone is use to help reset your password.
10. Enter a password phrase. This will be used to reset your password with a valid email address.
11. To validate that you are not a robot, enter the Captcha code show on the screen. Once completed, the Submit button will be enabled.
12. Click the Submit button
13. A successful sign up will automatically logged you in, and display the HelpBoard screen.

How to login to CEFWell

This tutorial will show you how to login from a desktop computer using an Internet Browser:

1. To login to CEFWell, open a browser on your computer or cellphone
2. Type the URL https://cefwell.com in the browser input screen
3. Click on the Login.
4. The Login Screen appears.
5. Enter your email address in the Username/email input box
6. Then enter your password into the CEFWell Password input box.
7. Click the Submit button
8. A successful login will display the HelpBoard screen.

Using Your eMail

This tutorial will show you how to change your password. From a desktop computer using an Internet Browser, do the following:

1. Open a browser on your computer or cellphone
2. Type the URL https://cefwell.com in the browser input screen
3. Click on the link Login.
4. When the Login screen appears, scroll down to the link “Click for help”.
5. Click on that link.
6. When the Login Help screen appears,
7. Enter your email address and tab to the next field. If there is a valid cellphone, the last four digit will display in the second option. The cellphone can also use to reset the password with a SMS (text message to the cellphone), if the email address is no longer valid.
8. Next, enter the pass code phrase and the click Submit.
9. A reset password screen will display showing new password and reenter password fields.
10. Enter a new password in the new password field
11. Reenter the same password in the Reenter password field. If both passwords matched, the Submit button will be enabled.
12. Click submit.
13. Once the new password is updated, a notification will popup showing success.
14. A successful update will automatically log you in, and display the HelpBoard screen.

Using Your cellphone

This tutorial will show you how to change your password using a valid cellphone. From a desktop computer using an Internet Browser, do the following:

1. Perform steps 1 to 7 above.
2. Click and select the cellphone option.
3. Then click the submit button. The system will send a code to the cellphone.
4. Enter the code in the passcode field.
5. Next, click Submit.
6. A reset password screen will display showing new password and reenter password fields.
7. Enter a new password in the new password field
8. Reenter the same password in the Reenter password field. If both passwords matched, the Submit button will be enabled.
9. Click submit.
10. Once the new password is updated, a notification will popup showing success.
11. A successful update will automatically log you in, and display the HelpBoard screen.

How to change your profile

This tutorial will show you how to update your profile, including your pass code phrase, cellphone, name, and password. From a desktop computer using an Internet Browser, do the following:

1. Log into CEFWell website (please see Login screen help video for more information).
2. Once you have a successful login screen, click on your name.
3. Change any of the values in the fields and click Update.
4. This will update your profile.
5. Click the Exit button to go to the main screen.

Note: the feature to change your Access Level will be available in the next release.

How to change your notification post filter

This tutorial will show you how to update your notification filters. The system automatically sends new information notification about nutritional facts,Health blogs, and user posts. These information are grouped by the predefined categories. Check a category to enable a filter, and uncheck it to disable it.

Note: if a filter is disabled, you will not receive notification about any messages for that category. Do the following to update your notification profile:

1. Log into CEFWell website (please see Login screen help video for more information).
2. Once you have a successful login screen, click on your name and then click on the Notification profile link.
3. The current list of filters will appear.
4. Check the “Check All” option to select all filers, or
5. Check the “Uncheck All” option to disable all filters, or
6. Check the “Check Some” option and then check or uncheck each filter.
7. Click the Save button to update your notification filters.
8. To exit, click on any menu items above.

How to invite a friend or family

This tutorial will show you how to invite your friends and family to become members of the CEFWell services. In the future, this feature will be enhanced to allow users to become agents and share in the profit of the services.

The invitation will be sent via email, inviting the person to login. Please do the following to send the email notification:

1. Log into CEFWell website (please see Login screen help video for more information).
2. Once you have a successful login screen, click on your name and then click on the “Invite A Friend” link.
3. The Invite a friend screen will appear.
4. Enter the person First name, Last name, and email address.
5. The cellphone is optional, but if entered, the system will send the email and a SMS text message to the cellphone.
6. Next, click the Send Invitation button.
7. To exit, click the Close button, or any menu items on the main menu above.

How to create a simple post

This tutorial will show you how to create a simple post. Each time a post is created, the system will notify all the users who subscribed to that category filter. Each post is confidential, so only the user ID number is tagged to the post. The name of the participants are not shown. Please do the following to create a simple post:

1. Log into CEFWell website (please see Login screen help video for more information).
2. Once you have a successful login screen, click on the “How is your health?” button.
3. This will dropdown the input fields. Select a category, enter a topic, and enter message or question in the “Do you have a question or comment you would like to share?” text box.
4. Next, click the “Post Message” button to create a simple post.

Note: The Topic is limited to 30 characters. The post message is limited to 600 characters. Also, when a category is selected, the system will list a summary of all posts with the same category and sort them by most views first.

To make a comment to a post, do the following:

1. Click on the “Comment” button.
2. Enter the message or comment, then
3. Click “Post Message”

Please Note:

1. All comments are shaded with orange-yellow box.
2. While all subscribe users to a filter will receive notification on original posts, only those who responded to the original post will receive notification.
3. Only the user who created a post can delete it; for all the other users, the delete button does not show. When a post is deleted, and if there are any responses, the first response will become the original post.
4. If you like a post, click on the “Like” button. The system will increase the like count, and changed the button to “Unlike” (if you want to change your mind and un-like the post).
5. When you view a post, the system will increase the view count. A person cannot like or view a post multiple times. The systems knows if you had liked or viewed the post already, and therefore does not increase the count.
6. The system display the most recent posts at the top of the helpboard. Older posts are only displayed when the user scrolled down the page.
7. To search for a matching word or phrase, enter the word or phrase in the “Search” text box and hit enter. The system will search the topics and post messages for a word or phrase, and if it finds a match, will filter the posts to the match.
8. To reset the post filter, click the menu “HelpBoard”.

How to attach image or video to a post

This tutorial will show you how to create a video or image post. Each time a post is created, the system will notify all the users who subscribed to that category filter. 2. Once you have a successful login screen, click on the “How is your health?” button.

4. Next, click the “Picture” button and then browse to the image file to attach a picture and create an image post.
5. To create a video post, click the “Video” button.
6. The system will display two options:
7. To enter a previously created Youtube video ID, or
8. Browse of a video file on your computer.
9. Once the video is selected, the post will be created and display the video.

How to view older posts

This tutorial will show you how to view older post created by other users. Please do the following to view older posts:

SUMMARY LIST

1. Log into CEFWell website (please see Login screen help video for more information).
2. Once you have a successful login screen, click on the “List Summary Post” button.
3. A list of posts ordered by the most viewed will appear first.
4. Click on the category hyperlink to see a list of topics for that category.
5. Click on the post ID to show the original post and all the responses. This will dropdown the input fields. Select a category, enter a topic, and enter message or question in the “Do you have a question or comment you would like to share?” text box.

CATEGORY

To see all the posts for a certain category,

1. Click on the “How is your health” button, then
2. Select a category. The system will display all the topics under that category sorted by most views.
3. Click on the post ID hyperlink to see the detail and responses (if any) to that post.
4. To search for a matching word or phrase, enter the word or phrase in the “Search” text box and hit enter. The system will search the topics and post messages for a word or phrase, and if it finds a match, will filter the posts to the match.
5. To reset the post filter, click the menu “HelpBoard”.

How to create doctor's appointments

To create a doctor's appointment, first create a doctor record or tag a doctor to your name:

CREATE DOCTOR'S RECORD

1. Log into CEFWell website (please see Login screen help video for more information).
2. Once you have a successful login screen, click on the “CEFWell Services” menu.
3. Click on the menu "Doctor's Appointment.
4. Click on the "My Doctors" button and then check the box "Click to create a doctor" checkbox.
5. Fill out the necessary information and then click the Submit button.

CREATE AN APPOINTMENT

1. Click on the “Appointment” button, then
2. Check the "Click to create an appointment" checkbox.
3. Fill out the necessary information and click Submit to create the appointment.

NOTE
Period: for recurring appointments
Reminder days: how many days before the appointment you need an email reminder.
Status: Pending - new appointments, Attended - actual visit to the doctor, Cancelled - appointment missed or cancelled.

CREATE A LOCATION

1. Click on the “Location” button, then
2. Check the "Click to create a location" checkbox.
3. Fill out the necessary information and click Submit to create a location record.

CREATE A TEST LAB

1. Click on the “My Test Labs” button, then
2. Check the "Click to create a Test Lab" checkbox.
3. Fill out the necessary information and click Submit to create or tag a Test Lab to your name.
