DOCTOR OFFICE SERVICE PLAN
The Doctor Office package makes available the CEFWell Services similarly to the individual subscriber plan, plus a Doctor Office module which has a single administrator. The administrator has access to the following services:
- Manage the patients’ profiles.
- Manage the patients’ CEFWell subscriptions.
- Track patient’s lab results and history charts.
- Track patient’s vital sign history.
- Track patient’s insurance deductibles.
- Track patient’s important Health notes.
- Set patients doctor’s appointments and follow-up visits.
- Configure patients’ Health Blogs selections.
- Track patient’s medications and allergies history.
- The confidential social media HelpBoard service is available to all patients. On this HelpBoard, patients and doctors can confidentially collaborate, discuss, and get suggestions from other patients and/or doctors about any Health issue.
- The administrator signs up the patient to the basic plan and this automatically list them under the doctor’s patient profile. The patient must have a personal email to be a member of the plan. The administrator can also remove old patients from their profile.
