FAMILY SERVICE PLAN
The Family package makes available the CEFWell Services similarly to the individual subscriber plan, plus a Family module which has a single manager or head-of-household. The manager has access to the following services:
- Manage the family members’ profiles.
- Manage their billing services.
- Manage the family members’ subscriptions.
- Track family members’ lab results and history charts.
- Track their vital signs.
- Track their insurance deductibles.
- Track family members’ important Health notes.
- Set family members’ doctor’s appointments and follow-up visits.
- Configure family members’ Health Blogs selections.
- Track family members’ medications and allergies.
- The Head-of-Household or managers can also track and manage their own Health information. Everyone important Health information is centralized and is quickly available to their doctors (even when they changed Health insurance or relocated to a different city or State).
- A confidential online HelpBoard service is available to all users. On this HelpBoard, users can confidentially collaborate, discuss, and get suggestions from other users and doctors (who are members) about any Health issues.
